Power to strike out unnecessary party: allows removal when no relief is claimed or to be granted. The Commission may, on an application by a party during an ordinary meeting, permit striking out a party from proceedings where that party has neither claimed relief nor stands to have relief granted against them, as a procedural mechanism to remove parties no longer substantively connected to the relief sought.
