of <h1>Regulation 9 of CCI 2024: Access to Non-Confidential Info in Competition Law, Disclosure Strictly Limited</h1> Regulation 9 of the CCI (Lesser Penalty) Regulations, 2024, addresses the inspection and acquisition of certified copies of documents in the context of competition law. It specifies that, despite confidentiality provisions, certain regulations from the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009, apply to non-confidential information provided by applicants. This is applicable after the Commission forwards the Director General's report to the concerned parties. Additionally, parties obtaining such information must not disclose it outside the proceedings under the Act.
