Inspection of non-confidential documents permitted after the commission forwards the director general report, limited to proceedings under the Act. Inspection and certified-copy rights apply to the non-confidential versions of information, documents and evidence furnished by applicants under regulation 6 and by applicants in a second cartel under regulation 7 once the Commission forwards the Director General's report to the concerned party; the inspection and certified-copy provisions of regulation 37(1), (3) and (4) and regulation 50 of the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009 govern such access, and any party obtaining material must not disclose it except for proceedings under the Act.
