<h1>Insolvency Regulation 4B: Disclose all corporate debtor's past names and addresses if changed within two years pre-insolvency.</h1> Regulation 4B of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 mandates that if a corporate debtor has changed its name or registered office address within two years before the insolvency commencement date, the interim or resolution professional must disclose all previous names and addresses along with the current ones in every communication, record, proceeding, or document. This requirement was introduced through a notification dated July 14, 2021.
