of <h1>Creditors' committee sets liquidator fees under sections 30, 33 and for section 230 compromise periods in liquidation</h1> When the committee of creditors approves a resolution plan under section 30 or decides to liquidate under section 33, it may, in consultation with the resolution professional, fix the fee payable to the liquidator for any period used for compromise or arrangement under section 230 of the Companies Act and for the remaining period of liquidation. A previously included provision covering fees for periods used for specified sale processes was omitted by later amendment.
