Fee of the liquidator: committee may fix payable fee with resolution professional when approving plan or ordering liquidation. Regulation 39D empowers the committee, in consultation with the resolution professional, to fix the fee of the liquidator when approving a resolution plan under section 30 or deciding liquidation under section 33, covering the period used for compromise or arrangement under section 230 of the Companies Act and the balance period of liquidation; a former provision about fees for sale periods was later omitted.
