Substantiation of claims: insolvency professionals may request evidence or clarification to verify a creditor's claim during resolution. Regulation 10 empowers the interim resolution professional or the resolution professional to call for evidence or clarification from a creditor as deemed fit to substantiate whole or part of its claim during the insolvency resolution process.
