of <h1>Regulation 30C requires resolution professionals to report on real estate development rights and permissions within 60 days.</h1> Regulation 30C of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 mandates that when a corporate debtor has a real estate project, the resolution professional must prepare a report on the status of development rights and necessary permissions. This report is to be submitted to the committee for comments and then to the Adjudicating Authority, along with the committee's feedback, within sixty days from the start of the insolvency process.
