Registration amendment obligations require notification, officer approval or rejection, and a prior opportunity of being heard. Every registered person and any person assigned a Unique Identity Number must notify the proper officer of changes to registration information in the prescribed form, manner and period; the proper officer may approve or reject amendments in the prescribed manner and period, approval is not required for prescribed particulars, and the proper officer shall not reject amendments without giving the person an opportunity of being heard; Central Act decisions on amendments are deemed decisions under this Act.
