Protection from legal proceedings: Good faith actions under the Act shield designated officials from suit or prosecution. The provision bars suits, prosecutions or other legal proceedings against members, officers, employees of the Appellate Tribunal and any persons authorised by the Tribunal, and against any officer appointed or authorised under the Act, for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or the rules made thereunder.
