Right of appeal allows orders from appellate tribunals or certified high court judgments to be reviewed by final judicial forum. An appeal mechanism permits transfer of specified matters to the apex judicial forum from Appellate Tribunal orders and from higher court judgments certified as fit for further review; appeals proceed, as far as practicable, under the Code of Civil Procedure provisions applicable to appeals to the apex forum, and variations or reversals by the apex forum must be given effect in the manner provided for enforcement of higher court judgments.
