Special procedure notifications for registered persons enable tailored registration, return, payment and administration requirements under prescribed conditions. The Government, on the recommendations of the Council and subject to prescribed conditions and safeguards, may notify classes of registered persons and specify special procedures for them, including procedures for registration, furnishing of returns, payment of tax and administration of such persons.
