Levy of fee for document copies: applicants must pay prescribed fees to obtain orders or documents upon request. Section 163 provides that where a person applies for a copy of any order or document, a fee as may be prescribed must be paid for provision of that copy, thereby making payment of a prescribed administrative charge a condition of supplying requested documents under the Goa GST framework.
