<h1>Intra State Goods and Services Tax: establishes levy and collection within Goa, with commencement by government notification.</h1> The Act establishes the levy and collection of tax on intra State supply of goods or services or both within Goa, and provides that it shall be called the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extend to the whole State and come into force on dates appointed by the Government by notification, with different provisions able to commence on different dates.
