Whistle blower policy requires stock brokers to provide confidential reporting, whistleblower protection, and audit-committee routing for board complaints. Regulation 25 requires stock brokers to establish, implement and maintain a documented whistle blower policy that provides a confidential channel for reporting suspicious, fraudulent, unethical or regulatory-violation conduct, and procedures to ensure adequate protection of whistle blowers. Complaints against the Board of Directors and senior officers must be directed to the Audit Committee or analogous body, while complaints against other employees must be directed to the Compliance Officer.
