Inspection cooperation obligations require intermediaries to furnish records, grant access, and facilitate examination of personnel. Intermediaries and their senior officers and agents must provide full assistance, furnish books, records and statements within specified timeframes, allow reasonable access to premises and facilities, provide copies of relevant materials, and permit the inspecting authority to examine and record statements of any principal officer, partner, director, CEO, KMP, employee or agent.
