Registration of capital market intermediaries requires compliance, fee payment and an opportunity to rectify deficiencies before refusal. Registration is granted when an applicant meets eligibility conditions, complies with these regulations and pays registration fees; the Authority may impose conditions in the interest of investors or orderly market development, may require rectification of communicated deficiencies before refusing registration, must give reasons and permit written submissions on proposed refusals, and may withdraw registration only after a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
