of <h1>Third-Party Inspectors Gain Full Access to Capital Market Intermediary's Operations Under Comprehensive Regulatory Oversight</h1> The regulation empowers the Authority to appoint third-party inspectors to examine a Capital Market Intermediary's (CMI) books, records, infrastructure, systems, and operations. The appointed inspector has equivalent investigative powers as the Authority's own inspecting authority. The CMI and its employees must fully cooperate with the third-party inspector. The Authority can recover all inspection-related expenses from the CMI being investigated.
