Furnishing of information: Authority can demand further details, require personal representation and inspect premises before registration. The Authority may require applicants to furnish further information or clarification about their identity, capital market activities, or related matters, require personal representation by the applicant, and undertake inspection of the applicant's office before granting a certificate of registration.
