Contempt for non-compliance with Appellate Tribunal orders by any person may trigger contempt proceedings under section 53U. The substituted section 53Q(1) provides that any person who contravenes an Appellate Tribunal order without a reasonable ground shall be liable to contempt proceeding under section 53U, without prejudice to other provisions of the Act, with effect from the notified commencement.
