Amendment to Section 42A extends its application to proceedings under Section 6 as well as Section 27. The amendment substitutes the words 'under sections 27' in section 42A with 'under sections 6, 27', thereby extending section 42A to apply to matters arising under section 6 as well as section 27; the amendment takes effect from 10 September 2024 by notification.
