of <h1>New Clause in Competition Act: All Sums Received by Commission from Other Sources Now Included Under Section 51(1)(e).</h1> The Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023, amends section 51 of the principal Act by adding a new clause (e) to sub-section (1). This new clause specifies that all sums received by the Commission from other sources, as determined by the Government, are included. This amendment became effective on May 18, 2023, as per Notification No. S.O. 2228(E).
