of <h1>Section 115UB of Income-tax Act updated to include 2019 law reference, effective April 1, 2022.</h1> Section 115UB of the Income-tax Act has been amended by the Finance Act, 2021. In Explanation 1, clause (a), the reference to the year '1992' is replaced with '1992 or under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019).' This amendment takes effect from April 1, 2022.
