        Registration requirement for bankers to an issue: obtain certificate before acting, apply in Form A with prescribed fee. A person must not act as a banker to an issue without a certificate of registration from the Board; registration requires an application in Form A accompanied by the non refundable application fee specified in Schedule II, and pre regulation applications containing the particulars in Form A are to be treated and processed as applications under this regulation.
