Registration of bankers to an issue: certificate issued on Board's satisfaction, valid unless suspended or cancelled, fee payable. The Board, upon being satisfied of an applicant's eligibility, shall within one month send intimation and grant a certificate in Form B; the certificate remains valid unless suspended or cancelled by the Board. Bankers previously granted registration before the cited amendment are deemed to have been granted registration under this provision. Issuance of the certificate is subject to payment of the registration fee specified in Schedule II.
