        Working hours of tribunal offices require daily opening, with admissions after the cutoff allowed only for urgent matters. Except on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays, the offices of the Tribunal shall be open daily from 9.30 A.M. to 6.00 P.M., subject to any order made by the President; but no work, unless of urgent nature, shall be admitted after 5.30 P.M.
