Receipt of judgment triggers referral to the designated bench for necessary tribunal orders and implementation. Receipt of a higher court judgment under Rule 37 requires forwarding the judgment copy to the Bench specified in rule 31 or to any other Bench as directed by the President for necessary orders to consider and implement the judgment.
