Date of presentation of appeals: Registrar must endorse and sign the presentation date on every memorandum of appeal. Date of presentation of appeals requires the Registrar or an officer authorised under rule 6 to record on every memorandum of appeal the date on which it is presented or is to be treated as presented, and to sign that endorsement.
