          <h1>Question of law triggers statement of case requirement and filing of documentary copies for higher court reference.</h1> When the Tribunal considers a question of law arises from its order it shall draw up a statement of the case with an appended list of documents to form part of the reference; the party at whose instance any document is included must, within the time the Tribunal directs, file the certified and uncertified copies required for forwarding to the higher court, and the Tribunal may in its discretion allow further time on request.
