Registrar powers: authority to require amendments, schedule hearings, manage records, and permit inspection and copies. The Registrar may require pleadings to be amended or re-presented to conform with Tribunal practice; fix hearing dates and issue notices subject to Bench directions; settle the index where the record is prepared; direct formal amendments of the record; and order supply of copies or grant inspection of Tribunal records, all subject to any general or special order of the President.
