Memorandum of appeal copy requirements: certified or attested orders and additional copies required when bench composition changes. Rule 9 requires memoranda of appeal to be filed in quadruplicate for two Member Benches (triplicate for single Member) with corresponding copies of the orders under challenge-one being a certified copy (or an attested copy where filed under specified directions). Appellants must supply copies of appellate/revisional and original orders when applicable and provide additional copies if bench composition changes; 'copy' is a true copy certified by the appellant or representative.
