Memorandum of appeal formalities: numbered grounds, double spaced filing, pagination, indexing, separate folders and verification. Rule 8 requires a memorandum of appeal to set forth concisely the grounds of appeal under distinct heads, numbered consecutively and typed in double space. All related filings must be double spaced on foolscap paper, paged, indexed, tagged and placed in separate folders. Each memorandum or application must be signed and verified by the appellant/applicant/respondent or an authorized Principal Officer, and the appellant/applicant/respondent or their consultant or advocate must certify the truth of documents produced before the Tribunal.
