The Registrar is responsible for maintaining the Tribunal's records and may delegate duties to the Deputy or Assistant Registrar with the President's approval. In the Registrar's absence, the Deputy or Assistant Registrar can perform all Registrar functions. The official Seal is kept by these officers and can only be used under written authority, following directives from the President. The Seal is required for orders, summons, or certified copies issued by the Tribunal.
