of <h1>Rule 13 on Shareholding Changes Reporting Omitted: No More Filing Form MGT.10 for Listed Companies.</h1> Rule 13 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, concerning the return of changes in the shareholding position of promoters and top ten shareholders, has been omitted. Previously, listed companies were required to file a return with the Registrar in Form No. MGT.10 for any increase or decrease of two percent or more in the shareholding of promoters and top ten shareholders within fifteen days of such change. This requirement has been removed through amendments dated 24-7-201 and 13-06-2018.
