of <h1>Members Can Request EGM 21 Days Prior; Section 114 Notice Required for Special Resolutions; No Explanatory Statement Needed.</h1> Members can requisition an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) by providing a written or electronic request at least 21 days before the proposed date. The notice must specify the meeting details and can be held at the registered office or the same city, excluding national holidays. If a special resolution is proposed, notice requirements under section 114 apply. The notice must be signed by all requisitionists or an authorized representative. No explanatory statement is needed, but reasons for resolutions can be disclosed. Notices are sent within three days of a valid requisition, and any accidental omission in notice delivery does not invalidate the meeting.
