of <h1>Members Can Request General Meeting Minutes Under Rule 26; Soft Copies Free for Past Three Years</h1> Under Rule 26 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, any member of a company can request a copy of the minutes from any general meeting. The company must provide this within seven working days of the request, and the cost must not exceed ten rupees per page, as specified in the company's articles of association. Members requesting a soft copy of minutes from meetings held in the last three financial years are entitled to receive them free of charge.
