        Right to meeting minutes: members may obtain copies on request subject to permitted fees; recent digital minutes provided free. Any member is entitled, on request, to be furnished with a copy of minutes of any general meeting within seven working days, on payment of the sum specified in the articles of association but not exceeding a capped page rate; a member who requests a soft copy of minutes for meetings held during the period immediately preceding three financial years shall be furnished the same free of cost.
