of <h1>Companies Face Fines for Non-Compliance with Rule 30; Daily Penalties for Continued Violations</h1> Rule 30 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, stipulates that if a company or its officers fail to comply with the provisions of this rule, they are subject to a fine up to five thousand rupees. If the non-compliance continues, an additional fine of up to five hundred rupees may be imposed for each day the violation persists beyond the initial infraction.
