Special notice requirement: members must serve notice within the prescribed pre-meeting window and the company must notify and publish it. A special notice must be signed by members meeting a minimum requisition threshold and delivered between three months and fourteen days before the meeting. The company must, on receipt, notify members of the resolution at least seven days before the meeting in the same manner as general meeting notices. If that is impracticable, the company must publish the notice in English and vernacular newspapers of wide circulation in the State of its registered office and post it on its website, with publication at least seven days before the meeting.
