From the financial year 2020-2021 onwards, OPCs and Small Companies are required to file their annual returns using Form No. MGT-7A. Listed companies or those with a paid-up share capital of ten crore rupees or more, or a turnover of fifty crore rupees or more, must have their annual returns certified by a practicing Company Secretary, using Form No. MGT-8.
