Communication of orders: signed appellate decisions must be sent to the appellant and Approval Committee under SEZ rules. Rule 69 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 requires that after the Board signs an order in an appeal, the Board must cause the signed order to be communicated to the appellant and to the Approval Committee, imposing a duty of formal transmission to ensure notification and official recordkeeping.
