          <h1>Contract farming permission allows SEZ units to remove agricultural inputs to DTA farms subject to conditions and guarantees.</h1> SEZ Units producing or processing agricultural or horticultural products may, with annual permission from the Specified Officer, remove seeds, fertilizers, plant treatment chemicals, propagative material, growing media and specified cultivation and preservation equipment to Domestic Tariff Area farms for contract farming. Such removals must follow input output norms approved by the Board and be governed by a contract farming agreement; the Unit must have operated for at least two years and be engaged in export, or else furnish a bank guarantee equal to duty foregone.
