of <h1>SEZ Appeals Must Use Form J, Include Two Certified Order Copies, and Follow Precise Submission Guidelines Under Rule 59</h1> Rule 59 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 governs appeal procedures. Every appeal must be filed in Form J, submitted in duplicate, and accompanied by two copies of the Approval Committee's order (at least one certified). The certified copy can be the original supplied to the appellant or a photostat copy authenticated by the appellant or their authorized representative.
