The Approval Committee may authorize goods and services for operations. For SEZs established by the Central Government, the Board can approve procurement. Exemptions, drawbacks, and concessions granted to Developers or Co-developers extend to their contractors and sub-contractors. All documentation must include names of both parties and be jointly filed. The Developer, Co-developer, or SEZ Unit remains responsible for proper utilization of procured goods.
