Appeal filing: appeals must be sent by the appellant or authorised representative and are deemed filed on receipt. An appeal under the SEZ Rules must be preferred by the appellant or an authorised representative and sent to the Board of Approval at the prescribed office; an appeal sent by post is deemed to have been preferred on the day it is received in the office of the Member Secretary to the Board at Delhi.
