Furnishing of information and documents: Board may require parties to produce materials before appeal consideration within a prescribed timeframe. The Board may, before considering an appeal, direct the appellant or the Approval Committee or both to furnish additional information and documents it considers necessary; parties so directed must supply those materials within a prescribed period following the order.
