Furnishing of further information permits regulator to require clarifications and personal representation for application disposal. The regulation empowers the Board to require furnishing of further information or clarification from an applicant on matters relevant to portfolio manager activity for disposal of the registration application, and to require the applicant or its principal officer to appear for personal representation when necessary.
