Debenture trustee fees: prescribed registration and recurring renewal payments must be timely made and remitted via SEBI online gateway. Debenture trustees must pay a registration fee of twenty lakh rupees at grant of certificate and a renewal fee of nine lakh rupees every three years from the sixth year; the registration fee is payable within fifteen days of intimation and the renewal fee one month before expiry of the paid block. A non refundable application fee of fifty thousand rupees applies for certain registration applications. All fees must be paid by direct credit via the SEBI online payment gateway.
