To maintain registration, a fee of nine lakh rupees is required every three years from the sixth year after the initial registration. Fees must be paid within specified timeframes, with the initial fee due within fifteen days of notification, and subsequent fees one month before the current period expires. A non-refundable application fee of fifty thousand rupees is also required. All payments must be made via direct credit using SEBI's online payment gateway.
