Upon determining eligibility, the Board notifies the applicant within a month and issues a certificate in Form B. This certificate remains valid unless suspended or canceled. Trustees registered before the 2016 amendments are considered to have valid registration under the new regulation. The issuance of the certificate is contingent upon the payment of a registration fee as specified in Schedule II of the regulations.
