of <h1>Regulation 3: Debenture Trustees Must Apply for Registration with Form A and Pay a Fee as per Schedule II.</h1> Regulation 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustees) Regulations, 1993, outlines the process for debenture trustees to apply for a certificate of registration. Trustees must submit their application in Form A to the Board. An application fee, as specified in Schedule II, must accompany the application. Applications submitted prior to the enforcement of these regulations, containing details similar to those in Form A, will be considered valid under the current regulations. Amendments to the regulations in 2006, 2011, and 2016 have modified certain terms and requirements.
