of <h1>Regulation 9B Omitted: SEBI's 1993 Rule on Debenture Trustees' Registration Processing and Validity Now Removed.</h1> Regulation 9B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustees) Regulations, 1993, which was omitted by an amendment in 2011, previously outlined the time frame for processing applications and the validity period of registration certificates for debenture trustees. It required the Board to decide on registration or renewal applications within three months of receiving all necessary information and specified that the registration certificate would be valid for three years from the date of issuance.
