Recovery of inspection expenses permits the board to charge custodians or applicants for inspection and auditor fees. The regulation empowers the Board to recover from the custodian or the applicant expenses incurred for inspecting the custodian's or applicant's books of account, records and documents, and expressly includes fees paid to auditors engaged for such inspections.
