Custodian inspection obligations: produce records, grant premises access and assist inspecting officers during inspections. Custodians and their directors, officers and employees must produce books, securities, accounts, records and other documents and furnish statements and information relating to the custodian's activities within a reasonable period specified by the inspecting officer; allow reasonable access to premises and facilities for examining books, records, documents and computer data; provide copies of documents deemed relevant; and permit the inspecting officer to examine or record statements of personnel, with an affirmative duty on staff to give all assistance reasonably required for the inspection.
